2/20/09: When we got to Even' Star, Bret and the crew were slaughtering chickens. Though this may make the squeamish among you uncomfortable, keep in mind that Even' Star raises their chickens free range with roosters (happy chickens lay more, and chickens taht get laid more are happy). They also keep their chickens alive longer than most other farms and give them a more varied and quality diet.
